Infant found dead during Missouri drug raid

ST. ELIZABETH, Mo. | Officers serving a search warrant in drug case in Miller County have found the body of an infant in the trunk of a car.

Miller County Sheriff Bill Abbott said in a news release that the "very young" infant was found during a search in St. Elizabeth on Tuesday morning.

The Lake Sun Leader in Camdenton reported five people were arrested on drug-related charges after the search.

No other details were immediately released.
