Bunny TNT club to meet Sunday in Derby

Bunny TNT, a club for people who own and/or love bunnies, will meet from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Derby Petco on Rock Road.

Members will share favorite Web sites, and bunnies will be available for adoption, including a 2-year-old Rex and her four 3-month-old babies. They are spayed and neutered. The mom is litter box-trained and the babies almost.

Speech to address hidden dental hazards

Andover Veterinary Clinic will host a presentation Tuesday on hidden hazards to your pet's dental health lurking in stores.

Veterinarian Tim Harmon will discuss what products can be dangerous for teeth, as well as ingestion, and what to look for in safe chew toys and dental products.

The presentation starts at 6:30 p.m. at 517 W. Central in Andover. Refreshments will be provided. Limited space is available. To RSVP, call 316-733-0701.

Gala to benefit equine rescue

For the Love of Horses, a Mane Affair benefit and gala to benefit Rainbow Meadows Equine Rescue and Retirement, will be Feb. 27.

Celebrating its fifth year in operation, Rainbow Meadows recently adopted out its 100th horse.

The event, which includes a dinner buffet, games and silent auction, is from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at Midian Shrine Temple, 130 N. Topeka. Tickets are $50.
