Review: Yuca Bistro
Yuca Bistro's start was a little rocky. Chef partners Roni Attari and former Sabor chef Jason-Paul Febres were about to open the Latin-fusion bistro in the former Quizno's spot at 602 N. Tyler when the two had a disagreement and parted ways.
