Wichita still isn’t getting its long-desired Cheesecake Factory, but it now has another way to get its cheesecake.
The slick new Audi of Wichita dealership at 1575 N. Greenwich just opened a little cafe inside the dealership that sells Cheesecake Factory cake, by the slice or whole.
It’s called Quattro Cafe, and it’s open to the public – not just Audi customers.
“I’ve had just random people off the streets come in,” said Paige Keller, who is the dealership’s lead concierge. “They don’t have to be an Audi owner to enjoy the cafe, though most people I do get are guests waiting for service or car washes.”

Keller said the Audi owners had been working for two years to secure a deal with Cheesecake Factory. The cafe also serves Dean & DeLuca snack items, drinks and more. The cafe has seating both inside and on a rooftop terrace.
The menu includes cheesecake flavors like Key lime pie, Godiva double chocolate, tuxedo mousse, wild strawberries and cream and more. A slice ranges from $6 to $7, and whole cheesecakes are $59 to $63. The cafe also serves mini cake bites.
(FYI: Barnes & Noble’s cafe also serves slices of Cheesecake Factory cheesecake.)
