Here’s the wider shot of the mystery photo I published a few days ago. It’s a Madrid flatbread from Yuca Bistro, the restaurant I’ve reviewed for Friday’s paper. Topped with Spanish chorizo, corn, black beans, roasted poblanos, onions and a Caribbean pico, it was one of many yummy dishes we sampled there.
