Latin sounds at Suede

Soca artist Kevin Lyttle will bring his Latin dance sounds to Suede Piano Bar & Lounge tonight. Doors open at 4 p.m., and admission is free. Lyttle, who hails from the Caribbean nation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, will be promoting his new album, and the event will be part listening party, part performance. Treehouse concerts

The Infamous Stringdusters —a six-member group of young bluegrass pickers — will perform Sunday afternoon in the kickoff concert for this year's Treehouse Concert Series at Bartlett Arboretum in Belle Plaine. The concert starts at 3 p.m., and gates open at 2. Tickets are $10 at the gate. Picnics are welcome, but dogs are not. Donna Tucker in concert

Local jazz pianist and singer Donna Tucker will put on two shows — at 7:30 p.m. Thursday and April 23 — at Prairie Pines, 4055 N. Tyler Road.
