Calling all dance lovers: A high-powered Irish dance show is scheduled to come to the Orpheum Theatre on Oct. 11, the theater announced Tuesday.

Rockin’ Road to Dublin, described as “a fusion of rock and Irish,” was created by 2009 World Champion of Irish Dance Scott Doherty and world-touring Irish musician Chris Smith.

The show, which is a mix of concert and stage show, is on its first national tour with Director Jeff Whiting and Music Supervisor, Arranger and Orchestrator Brent Frederick.

Tickets to the concert, at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 11, range from $30 to $35. They go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at www.selectaseat.com, by phone at 855-755-7328, or in person at the Select-a-Seat box office at Intrust Bank Arena.
