Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills
The countdown to summer is on, and its not too early to start planning the fun.
Venues and organizations throughout the Wichita area already have plans in the works for camps, classes and other special events.Regardless of your or your childs interests, theres bound to be something right up your alley. Browse our annual guide to find more than 400 options for education and recreation, including activities that focus on the arts, books, nature and science. Find opportunities to turn recycled materials into a work of art or learn how insects and spacecraft fly. Sign up for American Girl or Rock Band camps.Youll find lots of free options, and parents and family members are welcome at many of the activities. Some are designed for adults and children to learn and play together. If youre a member of a local museum or venue, there are even more free options for you. If a listing catches your eye, dont delay: Some events require advance registration, and many have limited class sizes. Some events are even scheduled this month or later this week. A few are geared toward those with disabilities. Weve provided contact information, as well, so you can call, e-mail or go online for additional information or to make reservations.Did we miss your activity? If your groups activity is not included in our guide, please e-mail details to Lori OToole Buselt at lbuselt@wichitaeagle.com.
