To get the right look for the Buick's wheels, Harness took the centers out of Chevy pickup wheels and replaced them with Buick centers. The wheels were then chromed, but a body-colored center section was used to show off the bullet center cap and wheel stud covers. Note the chromed inner fender panel, which reflects whatever surface the car is traveling over.
