James Sweene, Spencer Basoco, Jacob Kilgore, Joseph Novak and Joel Dominguez are seated in a temporary Kiowa County courtroom Wednesday in Mullinville. The five were charged with stealing from a tornado-damaged Dillons Store in Greensburg.
