A Heights High School student portrays an accident victim in a dramatization of a two-vehicle DUI crash in front of the entire school in an event called "Operation Prom Night." The effort was to encourage teens not to drink and drive. The Wichita Fire Department, the Wichita Police Department, Emergency Medical Services of Sedgwick County, and Cochran Mortuary all participated in the event.
