The state’s basketball teams are in a rough stretch right now. Not only is it nearing the postseason — and basketball is grueling because it’s so long — but the poor weather we’ve had really has made it worse.
Take Northwest, which is playing Heights tonight in its fourth game in five days. Sure, at tournament time, teams play three games in three days. But this is tough on the kids and coaches — and you fans!
How do you think teams will fare? What’s the best way for coaches to handle this time? Is fatigue a real fear now?
There are teams that will play Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday — or some version of that. Will it affect them in March?
