I have a question that I want you to help me with. But I’ll get to that.
Just to let you know, East’s artificial turf will be completed on Monday. Southeast’s was done last week, just in time for a Saturday scrimmage.
Now to my question, we’re planning on having online chats — and I’m so looking forward to that immediate interaction with readers — but what I’m wondering is what time works best for you?
Never miss a local story.
I personally think noon is the best time, a noon to 1 p.m. chat would probably work best for most. But would a 9 a.m.-10 a.m. be better?
Or another time? You tell me.
Let’s see if I have more info for you — Check out Friday’s paper for coverage of tonight’s game between Kapaun and Northwest, a feature on Heights-Carroll, a column from J. Long, a Getting to Know feature on Rose Hill soccer player Jace Dinkel, and the cross country previews with notes.
Saturday we’ll have game coverage.
But you can also check out scoring updates through the night on Friday at kansas.com and varsitykansas.com. You can also check Twitter.com for updates. I plan to text updates from my game to Twitter, as does J. Long.
You can catch us on Twitter — @joannachadwick, @jlong_preps.
I tweeted from the Valley Center volleyball tri and will do that through the season, too.
Anything else we need to chat about? Let me know. But make sure to tell me when the best time is to chat.
