Injuries and athletics are nothing new. Injuries are certainly apart of any sports, and it’s always frustrating to all involved when they occur.
My concern is always with finding the correct side of the line — it’s OK to battle through some pain, but there are issues that can be exacerbated by playing through them.
Here’s a story from Science Daily that talks about the highest rate of severe injuries. No surprise, football and wrestling are the biggest culprits.
