Cheney: Channel catfish fair with dead shad or cutbait at inflow points, especially after rain. Crappie fair with live bait near rocks. Walleye good with jigs and Rapalas casting near rocks from shore. Wipers fair following shad schools. White bass fair from shore with jigs or live bait.
El Dorado: Walleye slow casting crankbaits in riprap and rocky areas. White crappie fair in creeks and along channel breaks with minnows. Wipers and white bass casting jigs and spinners off windy points and along dam.
Kingman SFL: Channel catfish fair with cutbait, livers or dead shad. Largemouth bass fair near brush on spinnerbaits or minnows. Sunfish slow with nightcrawlers near brushpiles. Northern Pike good with spoons, spinnerbaits and minnows.
Marion: Channel catfish with dip baits. Walleye slow off flats with jig and crawler combos. White bass slow with spinners and grubs near deep water off rocky points; watch for shad schools. White crappie fair near brush in deep water, off face of dam and over brush piles. Wipers fair with white bass and off points and drops with curly tailed grubs and crankbaits.
McPherson SFL: Channel catfish good from jetties with prepared baits. Largemouth fair with slow spinners near structures. Black crappie fair to good near brush and riprap with small minnows and jigs.
Glen Elder: Crappie fair to good off the bluffs and points. White bass fair to good near humps and drops casting jigs and spinners. Wipers fair in river channel edges and outlet areas and mixed with white bass. Channel catfish fair at inflows with prepared baits.
Kanopolis: Channel catfish fair to good with any dip bait. Crappie slow to fair in deeper brushpiles with jigs or minnows. White bass fair to good near any deep structure, especially in upper end, with slab spoons and Kastmasters or white jigs and roadrunners. Walleye fair to good off Loder's Points on gulp baits and flukes. Wipers slow but improving with worms on bottom in windy conditions and bucktail jigs off the points.
Milford: Smallmouth bass good. Catfish good in upper end along windy banks with shad or in river. Crappie fair. Walleye good casting jigs and spinners. White bass good in river and near rocks. Wipers good along with white bass.
Toronto: White crappie good with small jig or minnow in on channel breaks and corner of dam.
Tuttle Creek: Largemouth bass slow in southern coves. Crappie fair to slow at tubes on brightly colored jigs.
