Wild suffers 62-point loss

The undefeated Sioux Falls Storm scored 57 straight points Saturday night and defeated the visiting Wichita Wild 78-16, ending the Wild's Indoor Football League playoff hopes.

The Wild (4-8) finishes the season with home games the next two Saturdays at Hartman Arena.

Sioux Falls (12-0) had 398 total yards to 146 for Wichita. Storm quarterback Chris Dixon completed 24 of 39 passes for 290 yards and eight touchdowns.

Running back Darius Fudge scored both Wild touchdowns.
