Amsterdam, Netherlands (SportsNetwork.com) - Kylie Walker birdied the second playoff hole Sunday to defeat Nikki Campbell and Malene Jorgensen and win the Deloitte Ladies Open.
Walker carded a 1-under 72 during her final round at The International to finish the tournament at 6-under-par 213. Jorgensen fired a 6-under 67 and Campbell shot a 4-under 69 to meet her there.
Walker, who held the lead at the end of the first and second rounds, had a chance for the outright win in regulation when she reached the green of the par-5 18th hole in two shots, but 3-putted for par to force the playoff.
Walker atoned for the gaffe on the same hole during the second playoff when she holed a 20-foot birdie putt for her first career win on the Ladies European Tour.
"With the crowd erupting it almost overwhelmed me, with everyone screaming," Walker said about the win. "I've been in playoffs to get in the British Open and U.S. Open, but not to win on the LET."
Walker had two birdies and a bogey during her final round, while Jorgensen recorded six birdies during her bogey-free effort.
Campbell countered a lone bogey with five birdies to also finish at 6-under.
