Saturday’s small-college football games

No. 20 Emporia State (8-1, 8-1 MIAA) at No. 4 Northwest Missouri (8-1, 7-1), 2 p.m. — The Hornets fell apart last week in a 57-28 loss to Missouri Western in Emporia, and face another tough test here. Another Hornets’ loss would likely drop them out of the NCAA Division II Top 25 and put a severe dent in their playoff hopes.
