Butler

Goddard product Alysia Hart led Butler last season with 12.1 points and 1.9 steals per game on the way to second-team All-Jayhawk West honors. Freshman guard Abby Fawcett should help Hart in the backcourt after coming to the Grizzlies from Bishop Carroll.

Cowley

Cowley lost a ton of talent, including all five starters, and will count on 5-10 freshman Maylisa Johnson to pick up the slack after leading Preston (Okla.) High to two state titles.

Hutchinson

Hutchinson is the defending Region VI champion and returns its two best players in 5-foot-9 Maize product Heather Robben, an honorable mention All-American, and 5-11 forward Ariel McGhee, who was the 2009 Region VI Tournament MVP.
