Ex-Grandview, K-State QB Josh Freeman released by Tampa Bay Bucs

Josh Freeman, who played high school football at Grandview, started at K-State and quarterbacked the Buccaneers for nearly half a decade, is done in Tampa Bay. Adam Schefter of ESPN reported today that Freeman was released this afternoon by the Bucs, who first tried to trade him to another team.
