Wichita needs to add 50 officers just to write traffic tickets on Kellogg, I-135, I-235, school zones (students and parents) and residential areas (where people use the street for a bypass). The officers would pay for themselves.
Does anyone know the meaning of “yield” anymore? And why do they put blinkers on a car?
Never miss a local story.
The city of Wichita does a good job losing money on hotels and sporting goods stores. I would like to get some of that free money.
If the Boy’s Ranch was downtown, in Old Town, near the arena, etc., I bet the money would be available.
I think President Trump fired FBI Director Jame Comey because he failed to indict Hillary Clinton.
It’s obvious Trump is in it solely to enrich himself, his family and his friends. The security of our nation hasn’t crossed his mind.
Trump and his businesses are clearly benefiting financially from his position as president. Why aren’t charges being drawn up for impeachment under the Emoluments Clause?
I have lived in my country for 71 years. I am so ashamed of the late-night comedians and others bashing of Trump. This is not what the Untied States of America is about.
“Saturday Night Live” and comics aren’t funny anymore but rude, self-centered and disgusting.
Trump has provided so much comedy he should be on the payroll of “Saturday Night Live.”
Exorcism, demons and house blessings in 2017? What’s next, witch trials?
“Breaking Cat News” is meant to be humorous (not belly-laugh funny) in that it depicts very recognizable cat behavior, just as “Red and Rover” does with dogs and kids. If you want the hilarious, read “Judge Parker.”
Please delete that terrible cat cartoon. It doesn’t even make sense. Bring back “Born to Lose.” It was a realistic family setting most people loved.
I still can’t believe the classics like “Shoe” and “Hagar” aren’t in the comics section and yet “Breaking Cat News” is.
Why do people in Kansas build schools, apartments, businesses and fire stations without storm shelters?
