Ted Nugent backs Kris Kobach. That resounding endorsement is all I need to be convinced. A highly delusional celebrity backing a highly delusional politician makes perfect sense to me. Uh-oh – is being highly delusional contagious?
For too long, corporate big bucks have kept bad politicians in the state Capitol.
A pregnant woman in Pakistan was stoned to death by her own family for not asking their permission to marry. Thank goodness she doesn’t live in the United States, where there is a real war on women.
About 47,000 unaccompanied children have come across our southern border in the past eight months. Unless we actually secure our border, we will have a refugee problem of epic proportions.
The State Department has extended the delay on a decision on the Keystone XL pipeline, a move that conveniently puts it after the election. This country desperately needs more energy, but everything coming out of the Obama White House reeks with politics.
The media wonder what Obama will do about Iraqi insurgents. That’s the easiest possible answer. He’ll abandon them, as he’s done to all of our allies and as he did our ambassador in Benghazi. He has no honor.
Despite what the conservative pundits say, Bowe Bergdahl deserves his day in court. The five detainees have been off the battlefield for 12 years. Also, college grads understand they have to pay back their loans. The president wants to lower the interest rates on those loans. That’s all.
Any Democrat or Republican candidate who plays the fool by having their photo taken beside Obama, like Eric Cantor did, will lose their election. And they deserve to lose.
Hillary Clinton must be waiting to see how much of a bigger mess this administration will make in the months to come before she makes a commitment to run for president and then be left with a huge mess.
Powerful forces are reducing control of gun purchases and possession, 300 million guns are already available, more powerful weapons are being manufactured, and mental health services are being cut. We are just going to have to accept a high level of mass killings as a part of life in the U.S.
Kansas Republican state and national candidates continue to attack the ACA but offer no specifics as to how they will provide medical care to the uninsured. The voters deserve to understand that part of their platform, if they have a position.
Last year I was sent a letter from the city stating I had a front personal license tag that had expired. I was told to remove it or risk a ticket. Why are there plenty of cars with front personal tags that are expired still driving around?
