Enough Kansas and Wichita bashing. I’ve lived in Southern California, Kentucky and Maryland. I’ll take Wichita over any of them. This is a great state and a great city. I’m proud to be a Kansan. Of course it’s not perfect. So help instead of whining.
Somewhere in the mix of Hawker Beechcraft, Beechcraft and now Textron, is anyone going to be held accountable for the $45 million our state, county and city conditionally loaned these aircraft money launderers?
Fines to auto manufacturers that get caught hiding defects should include the return of all upper-level management bonuses given since the defect was found.
If you are going somewhere in a Chevy, be sure to use your seat belts.

The Koch brothers have Harry Reid upset. Keep up the good work, Koch brothers.
The Kochs shouldn’t be demonized because of their money, or because most of it has been made in petrochemicals, or because of their right-wing views. But in using their vast wealth to alter laws and rules, they are corrupting our democracy. For this they deserve to be denounced.
President Obama says the administration has made the goal of more than 7 million signing up for Obamacare. This from the man who also said, “If you like your health care plan you can keep it” – a statement also off by about 7 million.

What if the pilot and co-pilot of MH370 are actually heroes who programmed in an alternate flight plan that, unbeknownst to a hijacker, could be engaged to turn the flight away from populated areas?
Those folks in Topeka are a piece of work. They fight to defund Planned Parenthood, guaranteeing more poor kids will be born, and fight to stop even modest gun-control laws in the cities so even more people will get shot. Pathetic.
If you ask an interesting question, you’re going to get an interesting answer.
