Thirty years ago, Ronald Reagan said we need to make government run more like a business. Now we can’t afford our health care system or defense, financial or legal system. Maybe it’s time to rethink this whole government-as-a-business thing.

A reader said President Obama’s stated agenda in “Dreams From My Father” is to weaken America on the world stage. Wow – my book says nothing even close to that. The reader must have the Republican version.

Of course we should send weapons to Syria. They should be nuclear weapons and they should go to both sides. Let them destroy each other and get this one over with. We should do the same for every country in that part of the world.

I’d like to see at least one city bus with flames painted on the sides.

The drivers who race to the front of the line in the construction zones were the kids who cut the lines in school.

The Miami Heat proved why you never, never give up. Congratulations on another NBA title.

The Spurs didn’t jingle, jangle, jingle.
