The administration’s new secretary of state should be selected from the Harlem Globetrotters. All razzle-dazzle and, besides, it’s just a game.
What do Greece, Italy and the U.S. have in common? The very wealthy do not pay their fair share of taxes. In Greece and Italy, the wealthy bribe the tax collectors to avoid paying taxes. In the U.S., we have lobbyists like Grover Norquist.
Bob Beatty’s “Kansas vote was much different from nation” (Nov. 27 Opinion) confirmed what I already knew – that a large bloc of women helped torpedo the country in the national election, as well as in various state races.

Why is “Silver Linings Playbook” showing at the Warren Theatres in Oklahoma but not in Wichita? It’s not even in the upcoming shows on the website for Wichita.
Randy Travis said he is done with alcohol for good. We have seen the bad he has done with alcohol. Real bad. Best wishes in his recovery.
