If you can’t read, write or speak English, you shouldn’t be voting. Our country bends over so far for those who want to be a part of our country but won’t put forth the effort to educate themselves. And when we bend over, you know what happens.
Why is it OK that the Roosevelts and the Kennedys are very wealthy, but not OK that the Romneys are wealthy? Double standard?
After hearing Michelle Obama’s DNC speech, I understand why the Obamas foolishly spend so much on trips, clothing and extravagant entertainment: Unlike wealthy President Kennedy, they never had two dimes to rub together. Which also explains the tackiness, lack of class and decorum demonstrated by President Obama.
Naval news: The vessel GOP Bullship has taken a direct hit, a broadside fired from the USS Clinton. It was dead center, a clean kill.
Just because Bill Clinton thinks he could not have done any better than Obama, we are supposed to re-elect a president who can’t even do as well as Clinton? Perhaps Mitt Romney would be even better than Clinton in creating jobs and dealing with the deficit.
Most Kansans have no idea how close this country came to a full-blown depression at the end of 2008 and very beginning of 2009. Even if you personally are not better off today than you were four years ago, the U.S. as a whole is so much better off.
I think it is really a shame that a genuinely good and decent man like Mitt Romney can be so vilified by the press and so many Democrats. Since the Democrats can find nothing good to say about the performance of the Obama administration, all they have is to try to tear down Romney.
Obama’s slogan for this election seems to be “Forward.” When will he move forward and stop blaming President Bush for everything?
I can tell you in two words why I am voting for Obama: tea party.
To the upscale residents of northwest Wichita who are against Sam’s Club: That is big business and free enterprise. It is OK for everyone else, but when it is in your own backyard you are not for it. Get over it.
