Did you hear the White House is going after Fox News because it does fact-checking? That's why I watch it.

So much fearmongering is ridiculously peddled by these major news outlets that I don't think we can seriously call them news outlets. No matter the source, their fact-checking is horrible and promotion unchecked. Someone needs to rein in these guys on just presenting the facts.

Medicare doctors get $740 to $1,140 for a leg amputation and three-month follow-up, not $50,000, as President Obama said. Can anyone say, "You lie"?

Rush Limbaugh is the largest "cancer" this society has ever contracted. He has done more financial damage to this country than the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks did.

If you honestly believe that Republicans are all rich and hate the poor, then you're stupid. It's just that simple.

If they do away with the death penalty, that means someone can commit murder and live the rest of his worthless life on me. Send murderers to China, where they are immediately executed.

The dispute that woman has with the Timbers apartment complex (Oct. 18 Eagle) seemed unfounded to me. I've been there many times, and it was spotless everywhere I went.

"Seven arrested in prostitution sting." Why weren't any of them men? Arrest the men and publish their names, and there will be less of this crime.

The person who said "God destroyed Sodom for being violent" needs to go to Genesis 19 and read it again. It's pretty clear what the Sodomites wanted to do with the angels, and it wasn't fight.

Why do people with fences on their residential property think they can neglect trimming the grass on both sides of it? Should your neighbor be subjected to extra yard work because you have a dog?
