GRAHAM CRACKER MUFFINS

Ingredients

½ cup margarine or butter

1 cup white sugar

2 beaten eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½cup chopped nuts

Directions

Cream together butter or margarine and sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Fill greased muffin tin (or use paper cups) 2/3full. Bake at 375 degrees for 14 minutes. Makes 12 large muffins.
