Ingredients
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon vinegar
½ cup butter (melted) or cooking oil
1 cup water
1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
Sift flour, cocoa and sugar into a large bowl. Make three holes in the mixture. Into the first hole, pour the vanilla and vinegar. Into the second hole, put the butter or cooking oil. Dissolve the soda in the water and pour that mixture into the third hole. Mix 1 minute on medium speed of hand-mixer. Pour into greased 8x8 cake pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
