29-MINUTE MEAL WEEK: CITRUS TWIST SHRIMP

We do Rachael Ray one better this week: Let's Eat! is featuring tasty recipes you can easily get on the table in 29 minutes or less. They're adapted from Spice Hunter.

Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, peeled

2 tablespoons butter

2 teaspoons citrus pepper blend, or to taste

½ cup dry white wine

½ cup heavy cream

Cooked white rice

Directions

In a large pan, melt butter. Add citrus pepper blend and shrimp and saute for 2 minutes. Add white wine and cream. Increase heat to high. Cook until sauce is slightly thickened and shrimp are cooked, about 3 minutes.

Serve with cooked rice.
