It’ll be a sunny but crisp day Tuesday in the Wichita metropolitan area, forecasters say.
Highs may touch 40, with north winds in the teens and gusting to more than 20 miles an hour. Lows tonight will fall to the low 20s as a few clouds move in, forecasters say, with winds easing to only a few miles an hour.
Wednesday will see more clouds moving in, with highs topping out in the upper 30s. Winds will switch to the south and southeast, but should stay in the single digits.
A chance of light rain and snow arrives Wednesday night and Thursday, forecasters say, when highs will again be in the upper 30s.
