Patchy fog is possible in the Wichita metropolitan area early Tuesday morning before a bit of sun breaks through later in the day, forecasters say.
Highs should reach the mid-70s, with calm conditions early and light winds out of the south by afternoon. Those winds will stay in the single digits, forecasters say.
Overnight lows will settle in the upper 50s, with Wednesday offering a bit more sun and highs in the low 80s. Southerly winds will remain light.
A chance of rain arrives Thursday afternoon in the region, forecasters say.
