The last day of November will be brisk in the Wichita area, forecasters say, with gusty northerly winds stealing the warmth from sunny skies.
Highs will do well to touch 50 as west-northwest winds will be in the teens and gust to nearly 30 mph at times. Those winds will ease and shift to the east overnight, when lows will plunge into the upper 20s.
Thursday will again see sunshine and highs in the low 50s, forecasters say, though winds will be much lighter – staying in the single digits.
Friday is expected to offer highs in the upper 40s under mostly sunny skies.
