It’ll be windy on Friday in Wichita, forecasters say, and there could be some rain, too.

Highs will reach the upper 80s, with south winds in the upper teens and intensifying into the 20s. Gusts will approach 35 miles an hour. Lows will stay in the 70s, with chances of rain continuing.

More rain is likely Saturday in the Wichita area, when highs will once again reach the upper 80s. Some of the storms could have hail the size of golf balls, winds up to 70 miles an hour and heavy rain, according to the National Weather Service.
