del.icio.usTwo-vehicle collision kills McPherson man
A McPherson man was killed Monday morning in a two-car accident.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 40-year-old Kenneth Wayne Heffron was killed around 7:45 a.m. on K-61, two miles north of Inman.
Heffron was southbound when he crossed the center line in his 1996 Ford car, striking a northbound semi.
Heffron was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident.
The driver of the semi, 23-year-old Carl Roundtree of Mansfield, Ohio, was not injured.
