Auditions being held for British BTK documentary

The Wichita Community Theatre is auditioning actors this weekend for dramatic portrayals in a documentary on the BTK serial killer.

The British film is expected to air on the Discovery Channel next summer.

Audition for the unpaid roles will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the theater, 258 N. Fountain.

Production will take place Jan. 9-16. Most of the filming will take place Jan. 14 and 15. Locations for the production are also needed.

Roles include Dennis Rader, members of Rader's family, Wichita police detectives and several BTK victims.
