Republicans will celebrate the start of Black History Month Tuesday by giving its Black Republican Trailblazing Awards to a businessman to three prominent individuals.
The awards will go to Judge Sara J. The awards will be presented at the Howard Theater in Washington. Texas Education Commissioner Michael Williams will give the keynote address. Actor Joseph Phillips, best known for his role on The Cosby Show, will co-host the ceremony.
