Where you get the records: The City Council's agendas and background materials are available at www.wichita.gov. Click on the "City Council" link on the left-hand side of the page. Then scroll down to the agenda for the meeting in which you are interested.
The County Commission's agendas and background materials are available at www.sedgwickcounty.org. Use the drop-down menu to go to the County Commission page. Then click on the "Commission Meetings" link under "Online Services."
