Can Kansas State sustain a strong pass rush this season?
That is the number one question currently being asked of the Wildcats’ defensive line.
A year ago, K-State struggled to rush the quarterback from the get-go and ended the year with only 20 sacks. Aside from Jeffrey Fitzgerald, who led the team with seven sacks, the Wildcats found little success tackling opposing signal-callers in the backfield.
With Brandon Harold, a former freshman All-American, returning at defensive end along with Antonio Felder, who made three sacks last year, there is hope to be found. (more…)
