Today will feel more like November than mid-March for folks in the Wichita area.
The day will be rainy, chilly and windy, forecasters say, with highs in the upper 40s and north-northwesterly winds in the upper teens to mid-20s. Gusts will surge to beyond 30 miles an hour.
Chances for rain will persist overnight, with lows dipping into the mid-30s. Saturday will be cloudy, forecasters say, but temperatures will warm into the 50s. Sunday should see a bit of sunshine and a little more warmth, with highs in the mid-50s.
