Time to fix your health? You can do it for free now and in depth, with Kansas State University’s online class, Health and Wellness 101: Everyday Small Changes.
The class is designed to teach the small and simple changes people can make to upgrade health and physical fitness, according to a prepared statement from the university. The class begins Oct. 6, the statement said.
The university said this is its first massive open online course, or “MOOC,” a recent development colleges have begun offering as a new way to compete for students worldwide.
