Crime Stoppers crime of the week (July 25, 2014)

Just after 1 p.m. on Friday, July 11, a man entered the M and V check cashing service at 2247 N. Arkansas and said he wanted to cash a check. When the clerk opened the cash drawer, he pulled out a handgun and took the money. He then ran west from the store and possibly got into a late-model four-door BMW. The suspect is described as a man in his early 20s, about 5-foot-9 and 150 pounds. He was wearing gray basketball shorts and a white T-shirt.
