The crime

Just after 11 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2, a woman driving east on Kellogg near I-135 saw the car behind her was traveling at a high rate of speed. Just before it hit her the driver swerved into the outside lane, rear-ended a car in that lane, spun out and struck the front passenger side of the woman’s car. It then landed on the shoulder where it struck the guard rail.

The woman pulled to the side of the road and called 911. She was going to check on the other driver but he got out of his car. He walked to her car and started punching it. He then made some violent motions toward her and returned to his car.

He was able to start it and then rammed her car again, pushing it back onto Kellogg. He then sped away east on Kellogg.

He is a Hispanic male, 5 feet to 5-feet-6 inches tall, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans. He was driving a 1990s model silver Oldsmobile. His car had damage to the front end and front passenger side.
