Firefighters responded Sunday morning to a fire at a cash loan store in east Wichita.
The call about a blaze at the LoanMax cash loan store, 366 N. Rock Road, went out at about 7:30 a.m. When firefighters arrived, they found the loan business building engulfed in flames, according to an e-mail from Wichita Fire Marshal Brad Crisp.
No injuries were reported. The fire was brought under control after about 30 minutes, Crisp said.
Investigators were still working to determine the cause of the fire as of Sunday afternoon. A loss estimate was also not tabulated as of Sunday, Crisp said.
