Along with a new owner for Wichita Room Escape, there’s a new room for players to attempt to escape from as well.
The business, on the east side of Dempsey’s Burger Pub in Clifton Square at 3700 E. Douglas, opened in November with two themed rooms that players try to escape.
It’s a live-action game where players find clues and solve puzzles in order to escape.
The new owner of the business, who prefers not to be named, has created a third room with a barbershop theme.
Never miss a local story.
He says he’s been testing the game, which has a low-to-medium level of difficulty, for the last couple of weeks. It’s now ready for the public.
