With nearly 100 aircraft at the National Business Aviation Association’s static display at Henderson Executive Airport, there were a few that seemed to draw the most crowds, such as Honda Aircraft’s HondaJet and Bombardier’s full-size Global 7000 mockup.
There were also a lot of gawkers at Textron Aviation’s, with crowds the heaviest at its recently certified Cessna Citiation Latitude midsize jet and the larger Citation Longitude, which made its public debut this week.
Kevin Steinert, Textron Aviation’s senior manager of technical marketing who has been involved in the Longitude program since inception, took time out of his schedule Wednesday afternoon to speak with The Eagle about some of the super midsize jet’s key features.
We tried to get some footage of the 6-foot-high interior cabin as well, but the crowds were just too thick and steady for us to do that.
Never miss a local story.
