Pre-leasing for the Pinnacle Lofts & Apartments downtown has started, according to a news release.
The 70-unit, millennial-centric apartment project, located near Central and Waco in downtown Wichita, is expected to be ready for residents sometime in July, said Tim Farha of Point Guard Management, the property management company for Pinnacle.
A three-story, two-building complex, the Pinnacle will have 33 lofts, 20 one-bedroom units and 17 two-bedroom units.
Rents are expected to start at $795 per month, according to Pinnacle’s website. The 1 1/2 acre site will be fenced, gated and accessed through electronic keypads. Pinnacle will also offer a bicycle share program for tenants, allowing people to borrow bicycles owned by the apartment for periods of time.
The general contractor is Icon Structures and 3ten Studios is the architect for the project.
