LouAnn Draper has been hired as vice president, branch manager of Bank SNB.

Business Services

David Bossemeyer, vice president for business development for the Greater Wichita Economic Development Coalition, has been awarded the Distinguished Service Award from Business Retention & Expansion International. Bossemeyer served as the BREI president from 2013 to 2014.

Education

Kim Bair has joined the Wichita State University Foundation as the director of development for the College of Engineering.

Financial

Kathy Mikols, a financial adviser with Waddell & Reed, has been awarded the firm’s Crest Award.

Sean Miller and Geoff Stalker, wealth management advisers, and Blake Martin, a financial representative with RPS Financial Group, of Northwestern Mutual, each qualified for membership in the Million Dollar Roundtable.

Mike Proctor, a financial representative with RPS Financial Group, of Northwestern Mutual, has received the company’s Life Impact Award.

Brad Anderson and Calvin Finn, financial representatives with RPS Financial Group, of Northwestern Mutual, each qualified for the Sapphire Star Club Award.

Manufacturing

Gene Johnson has been named vice president and general manager of Envisions Industries product manufacturing and assembly division.
