Wichita Area Technical College is planning a community open house on Wednesday.
The open house, which is free to the public, will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. at its campus at the National Center for Aviation Training, 4004 N. Webb.
WATC officials said the open house will include displays of its more than 75 programs in healthcare, manufacturing, design, business and general education classes. Instructors will be on hand to answer questions, and tours of its NCAT campus will be provided.
The event will include appetizers from 5 to 7 p.m., and there will be drawings for an iPad, a pair of Beats headphones, restaurant gift cards and $20,000 in scholarships.
