Legend acquires first Colorado senior care residence

Legend Senior Living said Friday it has completed its acquisition of a Colorado senior care facility.
The Wichita-based company said in a news release that MeadowView of Greeley Assisted Living and Memory Care comprises 51 assisted-living and 20 memory care apartments.
It is Legend’s first senior residence in that state, officials said.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Privately held Legend owns and operates 29 senior living residences totaling nearly 2,000 apartments in Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Florida and Texas.
